Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This policy explains what personal information First Class Limousine (“we”, “us”) collects through firstclasslimowv.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the booking requests you send through it.

Information you give us

When you request a quote or a ride through our booking form, we collect what you enter:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • trip details: the service type, date, pickup time, number of passengers, pickup address or flight, destination, and anything you add in the details field.

If you call, text or email us, we keep the information you give us in the same way. Please do not send payment card numbers through the form or by email.

Information collected automatically

  • Form security. When the booking form is sent, our website records the sender’s IP address and browser type with the request. We use them to limit repeated submissions and to keep out spam.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, the servers that host this site keep standard request logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies. Browsing this website does not set cookies. Sending the booking form sets one technical session cookie that the form needs in order to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not load tracking scripts from other companies.

How we use your information

  • to reply to your request, recommend a vehicle and send you a quote;
  • to arrange, confirm and carry out your ride, including giving the pickup details to the chauffeur assigned to your trip;
  • to contact you about your booking by phone, text message or email;
  • to keep business, tax and accounting records;
  • to protect our website, our customers and our chauffeurs against spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only when it is needed to provide our service:

  • Our chauffeurs, who receive your name, phone number and trip details for the ride they drive.
  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting, content delivery and email. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect the safety of passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
  • A new owner, if our business is sold or merged, who must protect your information as this policy describes.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and trip records for as long as we need them to provide our service and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete them. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted once we no longer need them.

Health and accessibility details

If you tell us about a wheelchair, a mobility need or another health-related detail so that we can arrange a suitable vehicle, we use it only for that purpose and share it only with the chauffeur who needs to know. Please share only what the ride requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Prom and homecoming rides for students should be booked by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including an encrypted connection to this website and access to booking records limited to the people who need them. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and tell us to stop contacting you. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first. We may keep some information where the law requires us to. If you reply STOP to a text message from us, we will stop texting that number.

Other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as the Port of Seattle and the Washington State Department of Licensing. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
