Every trip is quoted before it is booked, so you know the price for the plan you described before you commit. Here is how quotes are put together, and answers to the questions we hear most.
Rates by vehicle
Transfers are quoted point to point; hourly service is billed by the hour with a minimum that depends on the vehicle and the date.

Quotes include the vehicle and chauffeur for the time or route described. Ask when you book about tolls, parking, airport fees and gratuity so the total is clear up front.
The vehicle
A sedan costs less to run than a stretch limousine or a Sprinter. Pick the smallest vehicle that fits the passengers and the luggage comfortably.

A ride from A to B is quoted as a transfer. When the chauffeur waits, makes several stops or the end time is open, an hourly charter is usually the better fit.

Common questions
How do I get an exact price?
Send the date, pickup time and address, destination, the number of passengers and any stops through the booking form, or call us. We reply with a vehicle recommendation and a quote before anything is booked.
How far ahead should I book?
For weddings, proms and holiday weekends, book as early as you can — several weeks or more. For airport transfers and dinners, a day or two ahead is usually plenty, and same-day airport transfers are often possible: call us and we will tell you what is available.
What if my flight is early or delayed?
Give us your airline and flight number when you book. The pickup is planned around the flight’s actual arrival, so an early landing or a delay moves your pickup with it. Our SEA pickup guide explains where your chauffeur meets you.
Which is better for my group — a limousine or a Sprinter van?
A stretch limousine is about the occasion: side-facing lounge seating and a dramatic arrival. A Sprinter is about comfort and practicality: individual seats, more headroom and luggage space. Read choosing a vehicle for your group for a side-by-side comparison.
Can we make extra stops along the way?
Yes. Tell us about planned stops when you book so they are included in the quote. If the day is likely to change as it goes, an hourly charter gives you the flexibility to add stops without re-booking.
How do I check that a limousine company is licensed?
In Washington, limousine carriers are licensed by the Department of Licensing under chapter 46.72A RCW. You can look up any carrier with DOL’s license lookup before you book.
